Graduation Application Deadlines
Spring Graduates: October 31stSummer Graduates: October 31st
Fall Graduates: April 30th
Late applications cannot be accepted.

The Office of the Registrarwill send graduation details mid-semester of your graduation term.
To apply for graduation follow these steps:
1. Print and complete the following
- CBT Graduation Application*
- CBT Exit Survey (only print the completion verification page)
- University Survey of Undergraduate Degree Candidates (only print the completion verification page)
- Commencement Participation Contract (summer applicants only)
- EKU Alumni Association Information Sheet
The following two surveys must be completed ONLY by teaching majors who require admission to the Teacher Education program:
- College of Education Survey of Undergraduate Degree Candidates
- Teacher Education Student Technology Questionnaire
2. You may submit your graduation documents via fax to 859-622-1382 or in-person to BTC 257. You may also call 859-622-1086 to schedule an exit interview if you prefer.
*Attention CTE Majors: Students receiving a B.S. degree in Career & Technical Education must send their Graduation Application documents to Dr. Stephen Fardo.
